Purpose of the processing
Economic and accounting management, tax management, administrative management, billing management, customer management, supplier management, collection and payment management and related services, commercial relationship history.
The data will be kept as long as the commercial relationship between the parties lasts. Once finished said business relationship, the data will be locked in order to prevent the possibility of access, being unlocked only in the event that such data were required of the Responsible for the treatment by any legal authority (fiscal, commercial, labor or judicial) and this only until the expiration date or legal prescription, being subsequently destroyed conveniently and with the adequate guarantees to prevent its recovery.
INFORMATION CONCERNING THE LEGITIMATION OF THE PROCESSING
The legitimate legal basis for the treatment is that of the express, unequivocal and informed consent of the interested party.
In case the interested party, in the exercise of their rights, is not willing to provide the necessary information to the person Responsible for the processing, the commercial relationship cannot be maintained.

No data transmissions are to be made to third countries or International Organizations.

Rights of the interested party
The interested party has the right to: access their data, to have their data rectified, to have their data deleted, to the portability of their data, to the limitation in the processing of their data, to oppose the processing of their data, to withdraw the consent given, to file a claim with the Control Authority, to file a judicial appeal.
You can exercise these rights by means of a reasoned claim, addressed to the Responsible of the processing or his representative, specifying the right that you wish to exercise, accompanied by a photocopy of your identification document.
You can also request the Responsible for the processing to provide a standard form for the right you wish to exercise.
The exercise of rights will not entail any management costs for the interested party, except for postage costs if you choose to send it by postal mail.
You can exercise your rights:
- Personally in the premises of the Responsible for the processing, identifying yourself with your national identification document or similar document.
- Through an email addressed to the Responsible for the processing, identified as such in the corresponding section, email that has to be accompanied by a photocopy of your national identification document or equivalent document.
- Through postal mail (preferably registered) addressed to the address listed in the section of the identification of the Responsible for the processing and accompanying a photocopy of your national identification document or equivalent document.
